Fitness in the teen years Any type of physical activity can improve your health and fitness. Teen should do at least 1 hour of exercise a day every day of the week.
Physical activity on the weekends or during the week tends to lag during the teen years as teens have other commitments.
Many teens drop out of organized sports, and there is a lack in participation in daily physical education classes to concentrate on there studying and not going outside when this happens teenagers aren't getting enough vitamin D.

1. Eat less take out and junk food 2. Get 9 to 10 hours of sleep every night. 3. Watch less TV. 4. less time on your phones 5. Make sure you drink plenty of water before, during, and after any exercise, flavored sports drinks are good if t hey don't have a lot of sugar. 6. Stop drinking or drink less soft drinks.
